Refund & Approval Guarantee Terms

1. What you pay for

• Each filing you prepare (for example, Form I-129F, I-485, or I-751) is a one-time $79 charge. It is not a subscription.
• The current product does not include or sell a human packet review. See Terms §9.
• Government filing fees are paid separately, directly to the government. We never collect them and cannot refund them.

2. Ordinary refunds

The $79 preparation fee is refundable until you generate your filing packet; once the packet is generated, the fee is non-refundable except for a billing error or under the approval-refund guarantee below. If you were charged in error or twice for the same filing, contact us and we’ll correct genuine billing errors.

3. The approval-refund guarantee

If an eligible filing you prepared with EffortlessVisa - the K-1 petition (Form I-129F), adjustment of status (Form I-485), or removal of conditions (Form I-751) - is denied by USCIS, we will refund the $79 EffortlessVisa preparation fee for that filing. The guarantee applies to each covered filing individually and covers the preparation of that form, not any later stage such as consular visa processing.

4. What the guarantee does not cover

The guarantee does not apply, and no refund is due, in situations such as these:

• You entered inaccurate, incomplete, or untruthful information.
• You ignored a warning or a recommendation to seek professional review.
• You altered the generated documents, omitted required evidence, or included incorrect government fees.
• You filed an outdated packet, filed to the wrong place, or missed a deadline or an RFE response.
• The outcome was a rejection for filing errors, an abandonment, or a withdrawal rather than a denial. A denial by USCIS is covered; a rejection, abandonment, or withdrawal is not.

Government fees, the optional packet-review fee, and any third-party costs are never refundable under the guarantee.

5. How to make a claim

To make a claim, contact us with a copy of your USCIS decision notice. We’ll confirm the filing was eligible and, if approved, refund the $79 preparation fee to your original payment method. The guarantee is a limited refund of the EffortlessVisa preparation fee and is never a promise of approval.
