Effective 2026-07-14 · Last updated 2026-07-31 · Version 2026-07-31
These are the third-party providers that process information on our behalf to run EffortlessVisa. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
1. Current subprocessors
| Provider | Purpose | Location | Information involved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Application hosting, serverless functions, and edge/CDN delivery | United States | Requests and account/metadata needed to serve the app; not your encrypted case content in readable form |
| Neon | Managed PostgreSQL database and encrypted backups | United States | Account and case metadata, payment records, and the encrypted (unreadable) case blobs and documents |
| Stripe (when payments are enabled) | Payment processing for the preparation fee and optional review | United States | Payment and transaction details you provide at checkout; card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored by us |
| Resend (when support email is enabled) | Transactional support notifications, delivery events, and inbound email replies | United States | Customer name and email, support reference/category, notification links, delivery metadata, and the contents of replies a customer chooses to send by email |
| Google Cloud | U.S. address suggestions and validation, and malware scanning when support attachments are enabled | United States | U.S. addresses submitted for validation and support files a customer chooses to attach for private malware scanning |
2. What we deliberately don't use
To keep your information contained, we currently do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, error-tracking, session-replay, or artificial-intelligence provider. Document text recognition (OCR) runs entirely in your browser, and no case data is sent to any AI service.
3. Changes
If we add or change a subprocessor, we’ll update this page and its version. Where required, we’ll give advance notice so you can review the change.
